In September 2025, we were honored to be invited by Brook to attend Tokyo Game Show 2025.
Following the event, we also had the opportunity to join their after-party, where we engaged in meaningful discussions about future promotional plans for the Wingman FGC VX and explored ideas for expanding its market reach. It was an incredibly fruitful occasion.
From October 14 to 17, we traveled to Taipei, Taiwan to return the visit and meet the Brook team in person. During this business trip, we had the chance to visit the company’s headquarters and related facilities.
October 15: Headquarters Visit, Factory Tour & Product Discussions
On the first day, we visited Brook’s headquarters and had the pleasure of greeting the CEO, executives, and team members.
We were also given a tour of the assembly factory, where we observed the production flow and quality control systems in action. Each part of the process reflected Brook’s commitment to excellence and integrity in manufacturing—an impression that left a strong mark on us.
At the headquarters, we had in-depth discussions about the future direction of the Wingman FGC VX and upcoming product development.
Over a tapioca drink in a relaxed setting, we had the opportunity to learn more about Brook’s organizational structure and interdepartmental initiatives. These conversations went beyond product matters and gave us valuable insight into the company’s culture and values.
In addition to the meetings, we shared lunch and dinner with the product team. Being able to speak directly with members we usually only interact with online helped strengthen our relationship and mutual trust.
October 16: Cultural Exchange and Sightseeing
The following day, the product team kindly guided us around Taipei 101, Jiufen, and other local highlights.
We are sincerely grateful for the chance to experience Taiwanese culture firsthand while deepening our connection with the Brook team.
Reflections on the Trip
Through this visit, we gained renewed respect for Brook’s dedication and passion.
It was a truly motivating experience, and we return from Taipei with a stronger commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers in Japan.
